For refunds/exchanges to be processed, we require a picture of the damaged or defective products within 3 days of delivery. We Are Weed needs to review each case before issuing a refund or exchange. In most cases, this review will take up to five business days.
After we review your images, we’ll let you know if we approve or reject your refund. In order to process your refund, we will need to receive the item back before we can finalize approval of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a refund or in-store credit will be issued to you. If you prefer, we can send you a replacement for the item.
