Granddaddy Purple (AAA)

Granddaddy Purple (a.k.a Granddaddy Purps, GDP) is one of the most popular indica strains in existence. First bred in 2003 in the San Francisco Bay Area by famed medicinal marijuana activist Ken Estes, Grand Daddy Purple is a cross between Purple Urkle, which gives the strain it’s beautifully dark purple flowers, and Big Bud, which gives the strain it’s dense thick buds. GDP is considered by many to be one of the best weed strains for medicinal purposes. Its high potency and medicinal properties make it incredible for joint pain relief, migraines, nausea, and sleep disorders. Beginner users should be cautious though because of how potent this strain can be, and start with one or two hits and wait to see how you feel before taking another dose.
